We protect personal data related to physical access in buildings with a high level of security and confidentiality.




Our data protection requirements
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the recommendations of the CNIL, and the ANSSI security frameworks, we implement strict technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.


Access security
Each access is unique and secure.
Each user has a personal digital key linked to each of their devices. This key is protected by encryption built into the device.
When access is granted, it is strictly personal and its use can be controlled by its owner: single-use access or access limited in time.
When this access takes the form of a code, it consists of 6 characters and is randomly generated from 11.4 million possible combinations per building.
Data Storage and Encryption
All data is hosted in Europe (France and Belgium) on Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure, fully compliant with the GDPR.
Data is encrypted both at rest and in use, ensuring that neither our partners nor our subcontractors can access it.


Data Access
Data protection goes beyond encryption: it also requires strict access management. Each stakeholder has access only to the information strictly necessary for their role.
Residents: They have access exclusively to the data related to their own household.
Property managers: Their access to personal data is limited to the information needed to manage access within the buildings they administer.
Encrypted usage data may be consulted for statistical purposes, but no personally identifiable usage data from residents or visitors is accessible to property managers.
Oskey: Our access to data is limited to the information strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
